   Don’t bother with this weight loss capsule. I used it, and I didn’t lose 1 pound, it is a total waste of money!

   Well I saw my sister and her friend loosing a lot of pounds (fiend 35 lb) WOW. Then, I decided to try, and it really works. I already lose 11 pound, most of them in the fat areas of the body, like my arms. You get really thirsty, but you are not hungry at all. The best part is when you are not taking the pills, you don’t have back your appetite. Eating too much is also a bad behavior and when you adapt your body to eat less is greatttt.

   I have been taking these pills for about three weeks. I believe I must have lost some weight cause my clothes fit better, but not as much as I expected. Am I doing something wrong?? Can anyone tell me how do I know the fake ones from the real ones??? I’ve noticed that some boxes say “Reduce Weight” and others say “Reduce Weight Fruta Planta”, which of them is the real one??

   I am on my third day with this product. I had first seen it on, I think, Kirstie Alley’s website, so I looked on Amazon to see if they had it. They did. Before I bought it, I did some Googling to see what I could find on the product. I wasn’t able to find anything that might say it was dangerous, and there were a lot of people who really liked it. Therefore, I ordered a couple of boxes.

   So far, it has completely taken away my appetite. My stomach will still growl, but I don’t feel like eating anything. The only side effects so far is constipation, which was one of the listed effects. Am only now starting to have a bit of dry mouth, but not enough to bother me.

   If you use this product, I would highly suggest that you use with extreme caution. The product is made overseas and not regulated or tested here in the states (from what I’ve read). The box or insert did not give much information on the product other than ingredients and how to use.

   It is really important that if you try this product, listen very carefully to your body, and look for any signs that may cause concern. Of specific concern would be heart rate. Some have elevated heart rates, which can be dangerous. I have not. This product does not have enough information on it to what the long term effects are. Even though the box says that the ingredients are natural, even natural ingredients can cause harm to the body.

   Going two or three days without food is a good way to detox, but any more than that without some kind of experienced supervision can be cause for concern and dangerous.

   Not being hungry, I can choose to eat healthy foods. In the morning, I have a fruit smoothie. Then I have a large salad with a variety of ingredients mid or late afternoon. That’s all I’m hungry for, but I am making sure to get some kind of nutrition in my system.

   Make sure you drink plenty of water (not soda’s or coffee!) because you need to flush out toxins, etc. Also make sure that you have BM’s. If not, it can cause a back-up of toxins, and that can be extremely dangerous and cause harm to your body.

   I would also recommend that you not use this for long term since we do not know the effects of long term use. Use it to jump start your eating habits so that you can choose healthier foods. Get into the habit of eating less.

   I am a natural health consultant, so I know what to look for. The only reason I am trying these is to jumpstart my wellness program. I eat healthy, but was still too hungry and ate more calories than I needed. I am off sugar and chocolate, am a vegetarian, do not eat canned or processed foods, and no soda’s. You cannot continue eating junk food, use this product, and then expect a miracle. If you do NOT work at eating healthy foods, as soon as you go off the product, you will continue your old way of eating and will gain any weight lost back. I don’t how much I’ve lost, as I don’t weigh myself, but I am losing. It’s also important that you don’t lose too much too soon. Exercise is also important so that you don’t lose muscle mass.

   Again, I am pleased with this product so far, but am using with caution. I am listening to my body and looking for any concerns. I am eating healthy and drinking a lot of water. This is not a quick fix, nor should it be used as such. The important thing is to learn to eat healthy foods. Then when you stop taking these pills, you’ll be on your way to a healthier lifestyle for the rest of your life.

   Customers!!!!! This pills are fake,if you look at the pkg ,(((REDUCE WEIHGT)) is written WRONG,Look it up on youtube,, Make sure the box says (((((Natural Fruit and Plant Weight Loss Slimming Capsules)))) I ordered 3 boxes from Permia biz (seller)I’ve been taking them for 15 days and lost 8 pounds.Good luck!!!
