I never write reviews but this product is awesome. I have been taking it (only one pill a day) for 3 days and am noticing a big difference. I still feel I need to eat but that gnawing hunger is gone. I feel full after a small sized portion and am not overeating. I am going to stock up on this hoodia for sure.

I started using this product about 2 months ago because I want to get ready for beach season and need to lose some weight. I have found this to be the best Hoodia product out there. some friends at work and I took turns trying diffent brands and most of us agreed that this was the best brand we could find. Some of the girls seemed to have a misconception about hoodia. It is not meant to completely wipe out your appetite and cravings, that would be dangerous. Instead, it has a more subtle effect and over time, the benefit accumulates into less eating. We found a nice acai product too but I am not going to plug it here. Taking the two together has been a nice weight loss approach for many of us but maybe some people are different. Also, if you are not honest with your self about cutting back on fattening foods then dont even bother to buy a weight loss product.

I have used different Hoodias over the years and have found this to be as good as the best one that I can no longer find for sale. A good Hoodia works a lot of the time but none of them will always work for you if you are especially stressed out or starving but the beauty of Hoodia is that it does curb your cravings and appetitie some and it is all natural so inherently safer.

This hoodia has worked better for me then any I have tried in the past so I am a fan of this product. I travel alot and can get into stressful situations regularly which make me hungry. I dont want to gain unncecessary weight by grabbing fast food all the time and food often isnt available in my sales excursions. I like this product a lot because it helps curb my hunger and is time released so you get more help from it, so I am more comfortable when I can not eat but also; hey! I am eating less even when food is available so it is helping me lose weight. My wife has been impressed and is starting to use it too.

It is sometimes frustrating, finding products that you can trust and that actually work. I used to have good luck with a different brand that I can no longer find so that got me shopping. On my third try, I found this product. I have found that it does a nice job helping to curb my appetite. I like to combine it with another all natural diet pill I have been using and together, I have ended up with some nice weight loss results. I have lost an average of 4 1/2 pounds per month over the last 4 months and this was without much exercise. If you find a hoodia that works for you then stick with it. I dont think that any Hooda works for everyone; especially if they are constantly on the go or constantly stressed out. Hoodia doesnt burn calories, it only helps curb the appetite. I think that some people are so obsessed with eating that they eat even when they are not hungry thus, averting the benefits of hoodia. The time release feature of this is a nice added bonus.
